Shot List





  • Establishing Shot - this will be of the park and the area in which the film will take place
  • Long Shot - of teenagers walking to park 
  • Action Match: Medium Shot - of walking into the park, opening the gate: Extreme Close Up - of opening gate: Medium Shot - of walking through the other side of the gate. 
  • Extreme close up- of the boy and girl holding hands
  • two close ups- reaction shot of there love struck faces
  • Long shot- everyone walking towards the bench showing there alcohol.
  • Master shot- sitting on the bench or around the bench drinking and having a laugh.
  • Close up- boy 2 extreme medium shot- saying 'do you wanna hear a scary story'
  • fade to black and then fades in again to show flash forward.
  • close up- of the girl who is the last survivor crying.
  • over the shoulder shot -of her on the phone dialling the number '999;- point of view shot
  • long shot of the doll

    Production Meeting

    In my group there is myself, Amelia and Amber.

    Together we have divided the planning for the film opening, giving us different duties.

    My duties:

    • Developing our company logo
    • A brief synopsis of our film opening 
    • A 4 page sample script
    • A location scouting script
    • Talent release forms 
    • Location release forms 
    Ambers duties: 
    • Title ideas
    • Treatment 
    • Site plans
    • Shoot list 
    • Audio Permission 
    Amelia's duties:
    • Main influences
    • Story board
    • Risk Assessments
    • Call Sheets
    • Resultant footage 
    Duties to be completed together: 
    • Planning for shoot- requirements for hair, make up, costumes, props and locations
    • Shoot plan- to cover make up, costume lighting shot types and influential imagery
    • Edit decision list
    • Production schedule 
    We will transfer each of these to each other via email. 

    In our first production meeting we discussed our ideas that we initially had on our own an then in a way combined them. For the moment we have decided that it shall be set in a forest, it shall be filmed as if it is a home video and it shall start with a flash forward.
