Evaluation of rough edit
In the Rough Edit of 'Scarlett' we went through each and every clip, deciding which ones we think would look good and ones we didn't, luckily we used 2 cameras so had the same shots from different angles and we had took these shots multiple times, so we had the freedom to choose which one we thought looked best, I felt this was a good think as this prevents us from, having to go and shoot again.
Unfortunately we will have to shoot some of the sound again because we forgot to get some of the sentences said, we should of made a note of everything that the actors had said and then we wouldn't have forgot anything. Also one of our actresses, Gab, says in the video "Why would you say that? It's not even funny." but in the sound recording she says "Thats not even funny, why would you say that?" To resolve this we will re record some of the sound. Concerning the sound also, some of the sound recording is too fast for the video, to resolve this we will slow some of the sound down on garage band. On garage band we also want to make the dolls voice higher to give it a more eerie feel.
In this rough edit creation we didn't have time to add in the production company logo 'ABA Productions' as it was on another computer and we wasn't sure how to transfer it over. We asked Paul and was informed to use a hard drive so next lesson we will put the logo on the hard drive and start making our real copy. Concerning titles we also didn't credit the actors name however that was a time keeping issue and we will do it on our real copy. We have decided we want the actors names created via premiere pro, however we want the title, 'Scarlett' created via Live Type and we want to make it stand out more as this alerts the audience she is the main aspect of the film.

Comments on Pitch
We didn't really get comments of how to change it, we mainly got questions asking about the doll Scarlett.
One of the questions was 'how are we going to make the main character look like a doll?' our answer was already figured out, we had found a make up tutorial for doll inspired make up and hair on halloween. We also will use a doll costume to show that she is the doll.
Paul asked how we would show that the doll is Scarlett within the opening. Well in the opening right at the beginning when the boys ask if they want to hear a scary story one of the boys will say "you all know the story of Scarlett? The doll girl who was left right here hundreds of years ago?" this indicates that when the flash forward occurs and Scarlett the doll is shown, the audience will know who it is.
To clear things up, the doll is a girl who is a demon who kills people due to her haunted past. Throughout the whole film there are flashbacks where the audience find out about her haunted past.
On Thursday we will try out the shots which are point of view and where a person is behind a person. We will also test the shots where the swing is swinging but you cannot see our body, so testing the speed we run out and catch the shot.
